We are in network with virtually every insurance company and we do the paperwork for you. If you do not have insurance, we offer payment plans, and we accept care, credit and other options that could include up to 15 months of no interest. We go over all costs in person, after your exam. Yes. Sparks Family Chiropractic is a family practice. We see children, teens, parents and grandparents. Families from Baltimore, Millersport and Pleasantville come to us for care. A parent or guardian comes to every visit for a child under 18.
